Cast iron crankcase and cylinders, low speed pistons, corrosion and heat resistant stainless steel valves, cooling fin cylinder and top heads ensure long life of piston air compressors.

Single and double stage reciprocating air compressors have been produced in order to work successfully in different application areas. It provides superior performance and quality parts, long maintenance intervals and consequently low operating costs, used in the production and assembly of products designed to be easily adaptable and learned at all levels.

Product features

Single stage types are designed for 8 bar pressure, Two stage types for 15 bar pressure and high pressure types for 25-50 bar pressure.
It is driven by V-belt and pulley.
Can be preferred without air tanks as a chassis unit
The choice of starting with single-phase electric motors in types up to 4 kW.
The compressor is driven by F insulated, IP55 protected, IE2 efficient, asynchronous electric motor.
The compressor head and cylinders are cast from Gray cast EN GJL250 material, and the crankshaft is cast from solid EN-GJS 500-7 material.
Connecting rod-Crankshaft connection is provided with needle roller bearings.
With the help of a rod integrated in the design of the crankshaft, whipping lubrication is performed.
There is a mini ball valve integrated to the body that allows easy discharge of the compressor oil. A removable blind plug is installed at the outlet of this valve against the risk of oil draining.
Air-cooled: Cooling is provided by the air flow created by the flywheel propeller with intermediate and after coolers.
Thanks to the sight glass integrated in the compressor head, the condition of the oil can be easily monitored.
The monitoring of the pressure condition is done with a manometer.
Operation control (idle-load operation) is provided by pressure switch.
The safety valve of the compressor operating pressure is adjusted to +1 bar and the system is protected against overpressure.
The air filter element is placed inside the plastic filter bowl, which allows easy replacement.
The safety of the belt-pulley system is ensured with a closed enclosure in accordance with CE norms.
Compressor; Up to 4 kW motor power types, the motor protection switch is started directly, and 5.5 kW and above motor power types are started with star-delta control panel.
With the one-way check valve included in the compressor system, the air of the system is prevented from returning to the compressor.
The compressor unit is mounted on the air tank.
Air tanks are designed and manufactured by ourselves in accordance with 2009/105 / EC directive.
A ball valve is attached to the air outlet of the air tanks. Also, a mini ball valve is used to drain the condensate under the tanks.
In the event that the compressor suddenly de-energizes and the energy returns again, the air trapped between the check valve and the compressor is done manually with the mini ball valve installed under the collector. In engine power types of 7.5 kW and above, evacuation is done automatically with 2/2 Y cellophane valve installed on the collector.
